Here is a Rough Guide to ordering your Wedding Stationery:-
Firstly choose which stationery you want to order and then contact Francis Dee for a quote. If you would like something bespoke then please contact us and we will organise a consultation and then send you a quote. If you want to change the wording in your stationery, then please let us know at this point. We are happy to make any changes for you that you feel will enhance your stationery (including colour changes). If you would like a personalised sample this is the best time to order this via pone or email.
When you feel satisfied with your quote and would like to place your order, please fill in the order form we sent you with your quote and return it to us with a 25% deposit. We will then send you a receipt and a follow up statement. We recommend you order your stationery as early as possible, to make sure we can produce the stationery by your desired date. If you book very early, we will give a date which you can make changes until. We do understand that that many changes happen during the planning of your wedding.
We will send you a proof layout of all your ordered stationery for you to check two months before your desired delivery date. You then need to check this, sign it and return it to us with the final payment for your stationery. Once you get to this point you can no longer make changes to your numbers or layouts without extra charges. If you want to add anything to your order you can do this at any time, and we will do our best to get them to you by your desired date (within reason!)
Once you are happy we will get printing, cutting, sewing and sticking!!!! to get your stationery to you by courier in plenty of time for you to send out to your guests. If you have ordered stationery for the day of your wedding we can organise to get this to reach you at a later date. This will help you spread the cost.
